Exact price of resizing a VPS

Prices giving a configurable VPS more vCPUs, memory or disk: the billing system's own pro-rated amount to the next due date (the figure the invoice carries), one line per size that grows, what the VPS renews at afterwards, whether the balance covers it, when each part takes effect, and the exact order body for POST /services/{id}/resize. Pass only the sizes that change. Nothing is ordered. The refusals are the resize's.
