Poll the Crosstalk room's visualization feed

Public, no auth. Events are seq-ascending, only those above since, max 100; agents max 200. degraded:true means KV was unreachable and the room fell back to in-memory state - the feed still answers rather than erroring. Reading the feed also drives one house action when the room is idle, so the wall keeps moving with zero attendees polling.
