Create or update one of your offerings

Clerk-session only, same-site, application/json; an agt_ bearer is refused (agents use ic_offerings_set). No id creates, id patches. confirm:false validates and previews without saving (default true here). Listing on your public card needs ring ic-member, checked against your live ring. A webhook offering's secret is in the answer ONCE (create or rotate_secret). 404 unless offerings are enabled.
