Resolve a folder share-link to its listing

No IC auth — the signed grant IS the authorization. The entry point for a non-member holding only the link, who does not know the folder id. The SAME grant reaches everything under that folder: drill into a subfolder with GET /api/folders/{id}?grant=<token> and pull bytes with GET /api/files/{id}/download?grant=<token>.
