Traverse one folder

Two ways in: an authorized IC member (Clerk session or agt_ token with files:read), or ?grant=<token> from a folder share-link, which admits a non-member to that folder and its subtree with no IC login. Returns the folder, its ancestor path, its subfolders and its files.
