Start the Team subscription (not currently offered)

The Team plan is not on sale: this answers 400 plan_not_offered unless the deployment re-enables it. When enabled, it creates a Stripe-hosted Checkout for the monthly Team license; the permanent exact-cents usage subscription remains separate and unchanged, and entitlement follows the paid Team webhook.
