Google Ads offline click conversions (CSV)

Keyless for the Google Ads scheduled HTTPS upload, which authenticates with HTTP Basic: the password is ADS_EXPORT_PASSWORD (any username; a Bearer token with the same value also works). 501 when no password is configured. The Google Ads offline click-conversion template for the last days (default 7, max 90), one row per GCLID per event, times in UTC.
