Put the records of a cleanup back

Within 30 days of a cleanup: adds the removed records again, only those that are missing now. A name that now serves a Hypamoon site is skipped. Records that were put back are not suggested for a cleanup again unless the user chooses them.

The id of the domain.

cleanup_idstring uuid required

The id of the cleanup to undo (recent_cleanups in get_dns_cleanup).
