Revoke webhook endpoint

Revokes one webhook endpoint registration for the authenticated integration client. External URL: /v1/webhooks/endpoints/{id}. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/webhooks/endpoints/[id]. This mutating route requires Idempotency-Key, hides the endpoint from future reads, never returns raw signing secrets or signing-secret digests, and does not perform direct delivery or enqueue AWS dispatch work.
