Get webhook delivery

Returns one redacted webhook delivery record and the current retry policy for the authenticated integration client. External URL: /v1/webhooks/deliveries/{id}. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/webhooks/deliveries/[id]. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key and never returns webhook payloads, response bodies, response headers, raw signing secrets, or signing-secret digests.
