List deterministic sandbox fixture domains

Returns the deterministic sandbox fixture catalog for an automation client with sandbox.reset. External URL: /v1/sandbox/fixtures. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/sandbox/fixtures. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key, returns only public-safe/reset metadata, and never exposes raw customer PII, raw credentials, provider payloads, or service-role identifiers.
