List sandbox developer projects

Returns deterministic sandbox developer project summaries when the authenticated automation client has developers.projects.read. External URL: /v1/developers/current/projects. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/developers/current/projects. This read-only route includes source attribution, freshness labels, public-safe unit-type availability, redaction evidence, and side-effect blocking. It never ingests inventory, publishes project sites, sends CRM deliveries, calls production developer feeds, mutates live new_launches, or exposes unit numbers, stack identifiers, raw source files, source credentials, buyer identity, reservation notes, internal margins, or private CRM notes. Live reads remain unavailable until promotion gates pass.
