List sandbox developer project price lists

Returns versioned public-safe price-list publications for one deterministic sandbox developer project when the authenticated automation client has developers.prices.read. External URL: /v1/developers/current/projects/{id}/price-lists. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/developers/current/projects/[id]/price-lists. This read-only route exposes effective date, currency, public price ranges, unit-type price labels, disclaimers, source attribution, rollback target metadata, redaction evidence, and side-effect blocking. It never publishes prices, executes rollback, calls live feeds, exposes raw internal margins, buyer identity, reservation notes, unapproved holds, unit numbers, stack identifiers, raw source files, source credentials, or mutates live new_launches.
