Returns public-safe sandbox team membership summaries for the current sandbox agency when the authenticated automation client has agency.roster.read. External URL: /v1/agencies/current/teams. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/agencies/current/teams. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key; SDK, CLI, and MCP team inspection may call this sandbox route, while live agency identity, delegated impersonation, contact fields, private notes, raw lead data, raw client data, identity documents, CRM secrets, and team write controls remain deferred.
