Inspect current sandbox agency lead-routing queues

Returns sandbox-only lead-routing queue and rule metadata for the current sandbox agency when the authenticated automation client has agency.leads.route. External URL: /v1/agencies/current/lead-routing. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/agencies/current/lead-routing. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key; SDK, CLI, and MCP lead-routing inspection may call this sandbox route, while live routing mutations, lead reassignment, contact exports, customer PII, contact fields, raw messages, private notes, owner contact, and delegated impersonation controls remain deferred.
