time_zonestring

Example:America/Los_Angeles

IANA zone the day and its hours are counted in. Omitted or unrecognised values mean UTC. steps.total is the local day's total: phone (Health) steps when there are any, else the tracker's hourly rows in this zone (the UTC-day rollup only on a day the zone sits at UTC+0 all day). No tracker hours yet means 0 with an empty chart, never last evening's steps.
