Day to describe (defaults to today). Latest-reading fallbacks never look past the end of this day.

time_zonestring
Example:America/Los_Angeles

IANA zone the day is measured in: readings, resting HR (00:00-08:59), workouts and demo sleep are all attributed to date on this clock. Band nights need no zone. Omitted or unrecognised values mean UTC. steps_today.total is the local day's total, the same number as /move-summary steps.total: tracker steps come from the hourly rows in this zone (the UTC-day rollup only on a day the zone sits at UTC+0 all day), and no tracker hours means 0.
