Unique Patient ID

product_namestring required

The name of the medication.

ndcstring

The NDC code of the medication.

rx_normstring

The RxNorm identifier of the medication.

strengthstring

The strength of the medication.

strength_uomstring

The unit of measure for the strength.

dosage_formstring

The dosage form of the medication (e.g. "tablet").

sig_textstring

The dosage and usage directions for the medication (e.g. "Take 1 tablet by mouth daily").

start_datestring

The date the medication starts (YYYY-MM-DD).

end_datestring

The date the medication ends (YYYY-MM-DD).

status'Active' | 'Complete'

Whether the medication is active or completed. Defaults to Active.
