Update Patient Medication

Updates only the stored record addressed by this ID, not other records grouped with it by deduplication. Prescription snapshots are unchanged. Refresh List Patient Medications to find the current chart entry. Medications cannot be deleted. To stop a medication, set its status to Complete.

The dosage and usage directions for the medication (e.g. "Take 1 tablet by mouth daily").

start_datestring

The date the medication starts (YYYY-MM-DD).

end_datestring

The date the medication ends (YYYY-MM-DD).

status'Active' | 'Complete'

Whether the medication is active or completed.
