Halal alternatives for a non-compliant ticker

For any non-compliant or unscreened ticker, surface up to N Shariah-compliant alternatives in the same sector ranked by how close their market cap sits to the source on a log scale.

Returns the source's status and chosen sector so the caller can explain WHY these alternatives showed up.

Example: GET /api/insights/JPM/alternatives?limit=3 returns compliant Financial-Services-or-adjacent siblings (typically insurance, asset managers screened compliant).
