Delete channel commission

Deletes a channel commission by its channelCommissionId — the _id of an item from GET /account, GET /unit-type/{unitTypeId}, or GET /unit-type/{unitTypeId}/actual.

If it is the last commission for that account or listing, all commissions at that level are removed. Success returns no body. If the entry is already gone, the response is still 204 (not 404).
