Bulk Delete Workbench Rows

Delete rows by id, or everything EXCEPT a set.

select_all must be sent explicitly to delete everything. An empty selection is rejected rather than treated as a delete-all - the app's own comment records why: "a client bug can never turn 'nothing selected' into 'delete the whole table'".
