Export Workbench Table

Export rows into an audience list. THIS CREATES REAL CRM RECORDS.

A destination is REQUIRED - either list_id, or create_new_list with a new_list_name. The app would otherwise accept a body naming neither and decide for itself where a customer's data lands.

enrich_after_export and its enrichment configs are deliberately not accepted here: they spend credits, and a spend should not be a side effect of an export call.
