Get Sequence Stats

Per-step delivery and engagement counts.

skip_reason_breakdown is SEQUENCE-level and counted once per contact, so its total can be LESS than the per-step skipped tiles sum to - the durable-LinkedIn-skip cascade writes one receipt per contiguous LinkedIn step, and a skip with no recorded reason is omitted. The two are not meant to reconcile.
