Apply Mix And Match

Attach the selected mailboxes to live sequences, re-checking eligibility first.

Changes which mailboxes send for those sequences, so more mail can go out per day. A mailbox that is no longer eligible is reported under skipped, not attached. Needs write access to each sequence in the key's sequence scope. Personal keys only.
