SPENDS NOTHING NOW. Change how often up to 100 tracked keywords re-check: daily, weekly or manual.

Daily and weekly re-checks charge credits on a timer, so turning them on also needs the Signals RUN permission (403 without it); switching to manual needs only the write grant. Enrols the organisation in the background worker, which re-checks what is due.
