List Seo Domain Pages

SPENDS NOTHING. The saved ranking pages of a tracked domain, paged and sorted.

Read only: it never calls the provider. refreshed_at is null when the pages were never fetched (fetching them is a paid action in the app). An unknown sort column is a 422 naming the allowed ones.
