Delete Sso Config

Remove the SSO configuration entirely. NOT REVERSIBLE.

/deactivate switches SSO off and keeps the configuration; this throws it away, and setting it up again means going back to the identity provider.

Open because an ontology concept and an SSO config both grow fields as the product does, and on a settings read a dropped field reads as "not configured" rather than "we did not tell you".
