Get List Timeline

The funnel timeline for one list: each step's count, credits spent and outcome.

Every step is present in a fixed order; count and cost_credits are null when not recorded, which is not 0. Read-only. 404 when the list is not visible to the key, 422 for a companies list, 504 on a slow read.
