Patch Dynamic Value

Write ONE cell of a user-owned dynamic column.

Fail-closed: a protected, unknown, other-list or other-org destination is refused rather than written somewhere plausible.

Send expected_value to make the write conditional on the cell not having moved. Omit it and the write wins unconditionally, which on a shared grid means overwriting a colleague's edit without knowing.
