Get Library Image Raw

The bytes of a legacy library image whose address is a data: URI. FREE.

Most images are hosted and have an ordinary image_url; this is for the older rows that carry the bytes inline and are listed with a signed raw address instead. The KEY authorises the read: the organisation is the key's own and the app's expiring signature is minted here for exactly (organisation, image), so an image of another organisation is a 404. 413 for an image over the size cap, 415 for data that is not an image, 503 when signing is not configured.
