Get Company Linkedin Company Id

Resolve a company's linkedin_company_id on demand.

Split from the company detail read because the lookup is slow. Returns {linkedin_company_id, lcid_match_via}, both null when unresolved. The id namespace is fixed to the primary key / UUID resolver (auto), and the access gate resolves the same namespace, so a caller cannot steer the gate and the handler onto different companies. Read-only; no credits.
