Get Campaign Full

Get the kitchen-sink campaign payload in one round trip.

Includes: campaign row, attached audience list summary, ALL documents (with content), sequence + step catalog, and linked sequencer sequences (so the caller can tell at a glance whether the campaign has been launched yet).

Designed for the MCP "load entire campaign for editing" path so agents don't have to chain GET /campaigns/{id} → /documents → /sequence just to see the current state.
