List Campaign Ad Images

List ad image creatives generated for this campaign.

Ad images live in cb_website_images with category='ad' and a campaign_id back-reference (the AI generator writes there, NOT into cb_campaign_documents). This endpoint gives the MCP HTML resource a single place to pull the creative grid without reaching into the Studio-private /v1/website-images path.
