Unbind this app's source.

Idempotent: unbinding an app that has no source is a 200 describing an app with no source, not a 404. The caller asked for a state, and that state already holds.

Clearing the binding does NOT touch deployments already built from it. A deployment records what was built; rewriting history to match a since-removed binding would make the audit trail lie about what is running.
