Mark host or attendees as no-show

Record a no-show for the host, one or more attendees, or both.

Pass host=true to flag the host as absent. Pass attendees as a list of attendee dicts (each containing at least email) to flag specific attendees. Backed by BookingsHandler.handle_mark_absent (updates no_show flags; sends no automatic notifications - this is an operator CRM action). Raises 404 when the booking uid is not visible to the caller.
