Open Agent Discovery

Start the interview: show what the agent already worked out, and ask where it is wrong.

Takes no body. Degrades gracefully when nothing is readable yet - a brand-new org's site scrape lands minutes after signup, and the app decided a routing question is a better opener than a spinner.

A VIEW never enrols an org into a kickoff: proposals are only STAGED for an org that already has an onboarding room, which is what stops one visit giving an established org a permanent door onto an empty conversation.

An open envelope for an onboarding or discovery result.

Open on purpose. Discovery state carries a per-field coverage matrix whose field set is the product's own onboarding questionnaire - it changes as the questionnaire does, and a pinned mirror would silently DROP a field the customer had answered. On a surface whose whole job is "what do we still not know about you", a dropped field reads as an answered question.
