Traefik Discovery

Remove TLS authorization for a discovered route.

Clears cert_authorized so Temps stops attempting renewal. Does not delete the domains row or the certificate — deleting live key material as a side effect of deauthorization is the kind of surprise this codebase avoids. Use DELETE /domains/{host} to remove the certificate itself.
