Metrics
Fetch the most-recent value of every metric on a node.
Node 0 is the synthetic control-plane node. This is what the server monitoring page reads for its "Used: X / Limit: Y" headlines (node.memory_used_bytes, node.disk_total_bytes, …) and for the cumulative *_bytes_total I/O counters, without having to fetch a full range for each series.
