cluster_dns_enabledboolean required

Whether the cluster-DNS resolver is enabled on this control plane (AppSettings.cluster_dns.enabled). Workers should start their per-node resolver and write overlay_bridge_address only when this is true. Always serialized (never skip_serializing_if) so older and newer version skew degrades to the safe default of false.
