Nodes

Cluster-wide DNS resolver health (ADR-024): whether cluster DNS is enabled, the total record count, and per-node resolver status as last reported by each node's heartbeat. Lets an operator answer "is cluster DNS actually healthy right now" without SSHing into a node to read logs.

Same permission as the other node visibility endpoints in this file (admin_list_nodes, admin_get_node) — this is operational/infra visibility, not a new privilege tier.

Response

Cluster DNS resolver health

cluster_dns_enabledboolean required

Whether cluster DNS is currently enabled cluster-wide (AppSettings.cluster_dns.enabled). When false, every node's per-node values below are expected to show dns_resolver_running: Some(false) (or None if a node has never reported).

total_record_countinteger required

Total *.temps.local records currently registered across the whole cluster (service_endpoints row count), independent of any single node's resolver health.
