List certificate renewal attempts for a domain
Returns rows from the append-only renewal_attempts audit log, newest first: every request_challenge (order creation) and complete_challenge (order finalization) attempt for this domain, successful or failed, with the full error detail. Backs the domain detail page's renewal timeline — domains.last_error only ever holds the MOST RECENT failure, so this is the only way to see the history behind it.
