Call inbox.set_reply_instructions
Set how the inbox should reply in general — 'always offer a call', 'never quote prices', 'reply in a friendlier tone'. Set the account's standing instructions for how the AI inbox replies — tone, what to offer, what never to say. These apply on every channel; per-channel wording rides inbox.set_channel_reply_instructions. Pass an empty string to clear them. Not for one channel's own wording — that is inbox.set_channel_reply_instructions.
