Updates the thousands and decimal separators for the specified user.

The separators define how numbers are displayed on the GoodData Portal (for example, 1'234,12 or 1.234,12). By default, the thousands separator is set to ,, and the decimal separator is set to . (as in 1,234.12).

You must be a domain admin to update the separators for another user. If you are not a domain admin, you can update the separators only for your user.

The thousands separator can be set to ,, ., ', or (space).

The decimal separator can be set to . or ,.

The following combinations of the thousands separator and the decimal separator are allowed:

• , and . (as in 1,234.12; this is the default)
• ' and , (as in 1'234,12)
• (space) and , (as in 1 234,12)
• . and , (as in 1.234,12)
