Returns the thousands and decimal separators for the specified user.

The separators define how numbers are displayed on the GoodData Portal (for example, 1'234,12 or 1.234,12). By default, the thousands separator is set to ,, and the decimal separator is set to . (as in 1,234.12).

You must be a domain admin to retrieve the separators for another user. If you are not a domain admin, you can retrieve the separators only for your user.
