Edit an app

Seals the app's next manifest revision, pinned to expectedRevision; an unchanged manifest seals nothing. Removed permissions, audiences and events leave every installation at once; additions wait until each organization's administrator adopts the revision. A revision that first adds webhooks returns the signing secret in this response only. Requires authenticated authority and enforces current resource policy.
