Read one of the organization's apps

Returns an app this organization publishes at its newest revision, with the identifiers its backend uses: the app ID (a client assertion's issuer) and, once registered, its OAuth client ID. Reading never registers the OAuth client or reveals a secret. Requires authenticated authority and enforces current resource policy.
