Delete workflow

Destructive cascade soft-delete of a campaign. Blocked while active - hard blocker workflow_active: pause first. Non-terminal records + their scheduled tasks are a soft blocker: confirm with the user, then retry with acknowledge=["cancel_active_records"] - they flip to cancelled and every record/task row soft-deletes in async batches; sources soft-delete with the row. Versions, people, activities and sender profiles are retained. No recovery TTL. Repeat → already_deleted:true.

MCP tool delete_workflow, registry package mcp.playtables/workflows, mount playtables.workflows.
Operation delete, response envelope delete_cascade.
Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
