Update playtable view

Partially update a view: name, columns, sort, filter - each JSON field is replaced whole. playtable_sid and object_type are immutable (readonly fields are silently rejected); at least one field required (422 nothing_to_update). WARNING: if workflow sources consume this view, a filter change retargets those live audiences from the poller next cycle - read include=workflow_sources first and confirm with the user.
