Delete playtable view

Soft-delete a saved view. A default view is rejected with 409 conflict - it lives and dies with its playtable. Consuming workflow sources block deletion: sources on ACTIVE workflows are hard blockers (pause/archive the workflow or delete the source first); sources on draft/paused/archived workflows are detached via acknowledge=["detach_workflow_sources"] and reported in cascade.details.

Operation delete, response envelope delete_cascade.
Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
